If a byme.no product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or systems error, byme.no shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price.

Byme.no shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, byme.no shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price. Due to fluctuation in the market, byme.no beholds the right to adjust the prices shown on the site.

This is the data we need to deliver the goods to you via the shipment method you choose, as well as your personal contact information connected to your order. Byme.no is also required to keep this information connected with the accounting, tax management, and any warranty/return management. Card number is not stored with byme.no, beyond what is necessary to efficiently manage any problems with the load, waiver of reservation, and credit. Byme.no does not sell personal information to third parties.
